The original Spyro PS1 trilogy are classics and definitely a great experience if you're a fan of platforming.įor the original 3 Spyro games I recommend emulation, although the PSN versions of Spyro 1 and 2 are alright (although I remember there being a few glitches with sound). I would still give the PS1 originals a try. But, in general, they are a great trilogy to playthrough.įor Spyro games currently, there's the possible Spyro HD remake of all three games which is speculated for 2018 since its going to be the franchise's 20th Anniversary. Also, its a bit more challenging which is nice if you like that. But, its fun game to play through and its the most different from its sequels coming after it. That's because you can enhance the graphics of games to make them look smoother and such. However, I think the best way to play would be via emulation.
